Anxiety disorders are the most common mental illness in the united states. Despite this, as many as 30 percent of people with anxiety disorders never seek treatment.
People often feel as though they will be judged , or that their anxiety will be dismissed as unreasonable. We reached out for interviews with friends and family with various anxiety disorders, as well as our own experiences with anxiety. This allowed us to take a look at how different people experience anxiety, and create this experience based on what we found.
Everyone experiences anxiety differently. The best thing you can do is try to be understanding -- it goes a long way!
